Ryan McInerney has been the president of Visa, since June of 2013, and is responsible for delivering value to Visa’s financial institutions, acquirers, merchants and strategic partners in 200 countries and territories around the world. In this role, Mr. McInerney oversees Visa’s market leadership teams, client support services, innovation and strategic partnerships, and global product solutions.
Prior to joining Visa, Mr. McInerney served as chief executive officer of consumer banking for JP Morgan Chase, a business with more than 75,000 employees and revenues of approximately $14 billion. In this role, he was responsible for a banking network, which serviced 20 million customers in 23 states. Previously, Mr. McInerney served as chief operating officer for home lending and as chief risk officer for Chase’s consumer businesses, overseeing all credit risk management in credit card, home lending, auto finance, education finance, consumer banking, and business banking. He also served as Chase’s head of product and marketing for consumer banking and led the introduction of its mobile banking service.
Previously, Mr. McInerney was a principal at McKinsey & Company in the firm’s retail banking and payments practices. Mr. McInerney received a finance degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Eric O’Neill is an author, attorney, security consultant and professional public speaker. In 2001, Eric helped capture the most notorious spy in United States history: Robert Hanssen, a 25-year veteran of the FBI. The remarkable true events of his life are the inspiration behind the critically acclaimed dramatic thriller Breach, starring Ryan Philippe as O'Neill. The film is the story of the greatest security breach in US history.
Eric began his career in the FBI as a “Ghost” – an undercover field operative tasked to surveil and monitor foreign, national, and domestic terrorists and spies. During the Hanssen investigation, Eric worked directly undercover with the spy within the FBI’s Information Assurance Division – created to protect all classified FBI intelligence.
Currently, Eric runs The Georgetown Group, a premier investigative and security consultancy out of Washington, DC. Eric is also the National Security Strategist for Carbon Black, the leader in next generation endpoint protection. Eric is also the author of Gray Day, the thrilling story of how Eric helped take down notorious FBI mole Robert Hanssen, the first Russian cyber spy.

Brian Cole joined Visa as Senior Vice President, North America Products and Solutions in April 2018. His team is responsible for North America’s product strategy, solutioning and delivery in support of local market and client needs.
Prior to joining Visa, Cole led Barclaycard, UK as CEO for several years and has held various board and advisory roles with Which?, Apollo Global Management, and Warburg Pincus.
Cole began his career at First Union Financial Corp in the US, before leaving for Capital One Financial, working in various roles from 1997. He went on to become the chief financial officer of the Capital One’s UK arm in 2005, promoted to the position of chief executive in 2009.
Diana Greenhaw has been with Visa since 2006 and currently manages Global Ecosystem Data Security. The team is responsible for setting policy and managing programs to ensure external stakeholders maintain the security of the payments ecosystem. Additionally, she maintains responsibilities for expanding compliance with Payment Card Industry security standards and promoting the use of secure acceptance solutions. Diana has more than 20 years of experience within various segments of the payment card industry and in management of compliance, data security, and risk mitigation initiatives.
Diana also serves as a Visa representative on the PCI Security Standards Council and speaks frequently before industry and trade groups to promote global payment system security.
Prior to joining Visa, Diana was with Chase Paymentech and Fifth Third Bank, focused on client services and compliance management, respectively. Diana received a BA in Public Relations from Texas State University.
Penny Lane heads Visa’s Payment Fraud Disruption program. She and her team of experts defend against attacks targeting the global payment ecosystem as it spans merchants, financial institutions, and new technologies. These defenses include sophisticated payments intelligence for early warning and detection, breach identification and mitigation, as well as law enforcement liaison regarding criminal investigations.
Penny also has deep experience in corporate information security, cybercrime investigations, digital forensics, reverse engineering and ethical hacking.
Prior to joining Visa, Penny served 13 years as a Senior Cryptologic Mathematician with the Department of Defense / National Security Agency. She has an MS in Applied Mathematics from John Hopkins University and is an avid trail runner.
Andrew Naumann has focused on using systematic and operational analyses to solve complex fraud prevention issues across a wide variety of industries for two decades. He is responsible for the vision and strategy for CyberSource’s market-leading fraud management and payment security solutions. Previously, Andrew led the Risk Analytics team at Microsoft Corporation, designing and implementing risk management strategies and multi-factor screening solutions for that company’s eCommerce portfolio. Prior to Microsoft, he oversaw all analytics, software development, and operations to advance Amazon.com’s global fraud prevention capabilities.
Andrew holds a BSE from Princeton University in Operations Research and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. He serves as a consultant for the Merchant Risk Council’s (MRC) America’s Advisory Board and was a member of MRC’s Board of Directors (2003-2004).
Margaret Reid has been with Visa since 1988, starting her career in London before moving to the US in 1993, where she has worked ever since. She has been the Regional Risk Officer for North America since 2015 and is responsible for both payment ecosystem risk management and corporate risk activities.
Prior to joining Risk, Reid lead the Global Processing Platform team responsible for driving many initiatives to enhance, upgrade or simplify Visa’s global processing environment whether in Authorization, Clearing & Settlement, Dispute Processing or down-stream data applications.
Reid has a deep understanding of all aspects of Visa products and processing having worked in several business areas or on new technology developments during her career at Visa. Prior to managing the Processing Platform team, she worked on chip/contactless product development, ATMs and cash products, debit product development and implementation and consumer credit affluent service development. She is named on several patents relating to early chip product development work and loyalty program integration with payments.
Reid received a BA in Business Administration with a Modern Language from Loughborough University of Technology, UK.
